Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of Memorie. By creating an account you agree to them. If you are agreeing on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are allowed to do so.

The service

We provide a hosted memory and context management service. We may change how it works, and we will give notice before removing anything you depend on.

Your content

You keep ownership of everything you store. You grant us only the narrow licence needed to operate the service on your behalf. You are responsible for having the right to store what you store.

Acceptable use

No unlawful content, no attempts to breach isolation between tenants, no reselling the service as your own without a written agreement.

Billing

Paid plans bill monthly in advance, usage in arrears. You can cancel at any time and the plan runs to the end of the paid period.

Liability

The service is provided as is. Our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
